This policy explains what information Kaseflo collects through kaseflo.com and how we use it. Kaseflo LLC, an Idaho limited liability company based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, runs this site ("Kaseflo", "we"). Questions go to tyler@kaseflo.com.

Visiting the website

You can browse kaseflo.com without creating an account or giving us any personal information. The site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and clicks, such as clicks on the booking button. These counts do not identify you.

The demos

The bot demos on this site use made-up example data for a fictional practice. No real patient information is shown or collected in them.

Booking a walkthrough

The "Book a walkthrough" button opens a booking page hosted by Google Calendar. When you book, Google collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Google adds a Google Meet link and sends you a calendar invite and a reminder. Google's handling of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Please don't include patient information in a booking.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your contact details and what you send only to reply and to follow up about Kaseflo.

How we use and share information

We use the information above to answer you, run walkthroughs and improve the site. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Kaseflo, such as Cloudflare and Google, or when the law requires it.

Practices that use Kaseflo

Patient information that a practice handles through Kaseflo is not covered by this website policy. It is governed by the Business Associate Agreement and service agreement we sign with that practice, and is handled under HIPAA.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep website and booking information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email tyler@kaseflo.com.

Children

This site is for healthcare businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
