These terms cover your use of the kaseflo.com website. By using the site, you agree to them. Kaseflo LLC, an Idaho limited liability company based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, runs this site ("Kaseflo", "we").

What the site is for

kaseflo.com describes Kaseflo's AI teammates for independent practices and clinics, and lets you book a walkthrough. Using Kaseflo in a practice requires a separate written service agreement and a Business Associate Agreement. Those agreements, not these website terms, govern the service.

Demos and examples

The demos show a fictional practice with made-up example data. They illustrate how the bots work and are not a guarantee of specific results in your practice.

Not medical, legal or billing advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, coding or billing advice. Kaseflo's bots prepare drafts and handle routine tasks. A person on the practice's team reviews and approves every outgoing action, and clinical decisions stay with licensed professionals.

Statistics

Figures on the site come from the public sources linked at the bottom of the home page. They describe the healthcare industry in general, not results from Kaseflo.

Booking

Walkthrough bookings are handled by Google Calendar and are subject to Google's terms. A booking does not create any obligation for you or for us.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't submit patient information through the site, the booking page or email unless we have a signed Business Associate Agreement with your practice.

Our content

The Kaseflo name, the bot characters, artwork, audio and text on this site belong to Kaseflo. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Kaseflo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
